Events & Tickets
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy applies to public tastings, classes, and other ticketed events sold by Vintage Wine Cellars. A private event with a separate signed agreement is governed by that agreement.
1. Booking and Admission
Review the event date, time, location, ticket type, inclusions, and any specific restrictions before purchasing. A ticket admits the number of people stated in the purchase. Your confirmation or ticket information may be required at entry. Contact us promptly if it does not arrive.
Attendees participating in alcohol tastings or receiving alcohol must be at least 21 and present acceptable identification. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee admission or alcohol service if age or identity cannot be verified or service would be unlawful. We may refuse service to an intoxicated person.
Provide accurate attendee details when requested. Contact us in advance if you want to change an attendee name or give your ticket to someone else. Any substitute attendee must satisfy the event's requirements. Tickets may not be resold commercially without our permission.
2. Customer Cancellations and No-Shows
Unless a more flexible cancellation policy is stated for the event before purchase, tickets are nonrefundable for a change of plans, late arrival, or failure to attend, to the extent permitted by law. Contact us before the event if you cannot attend. We may agree to a transfer or credit, but a discretionary accommodation on one occasion does not establish a continuing entitlement.
We are not required to admit an attendee after a session has ended or when late admission would materially disrupt the event. An inability to provide identification or meet a clearly disclosed admission requirement does not create a voluntary refund right, subject to applicable law.
3. Cancellations or Material Changes by Us
If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund of the ticket price and event fees paid to us for the canceled event. We may also offer a transfer or credit that you choose to accept instead.
If we materially change the date, location, or nature of an event, we will notify affected purchasers and offer an appropriate cancellation and refund option. Minor changes to a speaker, tasting lineup, or sequence do not automatically require a refund if the event remains substantially as described, subject to applicable law and any specific promise made at purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independently purchased travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Conduct and Safety
Follow staff instructions and applicable venue rules. We may remove an attendee for threatening conduct, harassment, unlawful activity, or material disruption. A removal caused by such conduct does not create a voluntary refund entitlement, subject to applicable law.
Drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation. Tell us about an accessibility request or relevant dietary concern before booking when possible so we can discuss available accommodations. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Ticket purchase alone does not grant us unrestricted permission to use your identifiable image in advertising. We will seek any permission required for that use separately.
5. Privacy and Assistance
We use purchaser and attendee information to administer bookings and communicate event details as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking for another person does not authorize you to give marketing-text consent for that person.
For event assistance, use our contact form or call (813) 879-2931. This policy supplements our Terms of Use.
