Returns & Refunds

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This policy governs physical-product cancellations, returns, and refunds. Different rules apply to gift cards and event tickets. Nothing in this policy limits a remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

1. Contact Us Before Returning a Product

Use our contact form or call (813) 879-2931 with your receipt or order number, the product involved, and the reason for your request. Do not mail or ship alcohol back without our authorization and instructions. Alcohol returns must use a lawful method.

The time limits below govern our voluntary return offers. Please report a fulfillment error or defect promptly so we can investigate, but those time limits do not extinguish a legal right that must remain available longer.

2. Cancellations Before Shipment

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We can generally cancel a physical-product order before it is collected for shipment or released for local delivery. Once dispatched, it must be handled as a return or delivery change.

For a voluntary customer-requested cancellation of a shipping order, a restocking fee of 10% of the canceled merchandise price, excluding tax and shipping, applies only if disclosed before purchase. We do not charge that fee when we cancel because we cannot fulfill the order, when the cancellation results from our error, or when the law entitles you to cancel without a fee.

3. Voluntary Returns for Store Purchases and Pickup

You may request a return or exchange of an unopened product within 15 days after an in-store purchase or collection of a pickup order. Proof of purchase is required. The product must be in original, resalable condition with no signs of improper storage, heat exposure, or other damage occurring after you received it.

We inspect returned products before accepting them. Special orders and products clearly sold as final sale are excluded from voluntary returns. This exclusion does not apply to our errors, misdescription, or legally protected defect claims.

4. Voluntary Returns for Shipped and Locally Delivered Orders

If you change your mind about an unopened product, contact us within 10 days after delivery to request a return. The product must be in original, resalable condition. Authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee calculated on the returned merchandise price, excluding tax and shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded, and you are responsible for authorized return delivery charges.

We do not accept voluntary returns of opened products, special orders, products clearly sold as final sale, or products damaged by your storage or handling. These restrictions do not eliminate remedies for a fulfillment error or defective product.

5. Incorrect, Missing, or Transit-Damaged Products

If we send the wrong product or vintage, an item is missing, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days after delivery when reasonably possible. Provide your order information and photographs where helpful and safe. Do not handle broken glass or return a leaking package without instructions.

For a confirmed problem for which we are responsible, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover necessary authorized return charges. We do not deduct a restocking fee or require acceptance of store credit when a monetary refund is legally due. For an undelivered shipment, contact us promptly after the expected delivery date.

Any separately agreed weather-risk arrangement is governed by Shipping, Delivery & Pickup. A carrier insurance or claim limit does not replace our legal obligations.

6. Corked, Spoiled, or Otherwise Defective Wine

If you believe a wine is corked or spoiled, contact us within 15 days after an in-store purchase or pickup, or within 10 days after delivery, when reasonably possible. Keep the bottle, closure, and remaining contents if safe. For our voluntary replacement offer, retain at least 75% of the original contents so we can assess the problem. This evidence request does not override a remedy that the law requires when retaining that amount is not reasonably possible.

For a confirmed defect, we will offer an identical replacement if available. If it is unavailable, we may offer a refund or a store credit that you choose to accept. Personal preference alone does not establish a defect.

Mature and collectible wines can show natural bottle variation, sediment, and age-related characteristics. We do not guarantee that an older wine will match a particular tasting expectation. We remain responsible for accurately describing the product and for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Refund Method and Processing

Approved refunds generally go to the original payment method. Gift-card payments are generally restored as gift-card value. Split payments are refunded to the corresponding payment methods. A refund to another method may require verification or be used where required by law.

We initiate approved refunds promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. Your financial institution controls when the credit appears. If a refund is issued by check, allow up to 10 business days for us to mail it, unless a shorter legal deadline applies.

We may decline a voluntary return if the product or claim does not meet this policy or if we reasonably identify fraud or abuse. That does not authorize us to withhold a legally required remedy.

8. Special Orders

Special-order cancellation, deposit, and final-sale conditions must be disclosed before you commit to the purchase. Those conditions govern voluntary cancellations and returns but do not excuse our failure to supply the agreed product or eliminate nonwaivable rights.

This policy is subject to our Terms of Use.
