New website, who dis?

New website! New point of sale! New loyalty! Oh my!
It's been a while - more that 6 years - since we changed to our current systems and launched our eCommerce site. However, our old system wasn't really built for wine. So we are moving to a new system that is specifically built for our business, and to make it easier for us to serve you, our amazing customers.
You will see a lot of changes over the coming weeks. We have a new point of sale system, so your checkout in the store will be different. We have a new loyalty program (don't worry, all your points and your tier have been carried over to the new program) that is easier to use. Our events page now is specifically built for our events. Our gift cards are amazing, and our gift baskets are more configurable.
As part of this, we are doing some clean up. You will notice we might ask you to accept some new terms of service (we want to make sure we are following all the rules!). If you haven't been in the shop in the last couple of years, we might ask for you to refresh your information with us. We will definitely break some things and need your patience while we fix them.
Set your password, link your account
One big thing is your old password won't work anymore. Passwords are secret - we can't see them - and we can't just copy them from the old site to the new one. Make sure you sign in, and use the special Shopped with us on our old website? directions. Make sure you use the same email address you used with our old site so we can find and link your old orders and points to your new account.
So dig around, see what you like. If you have any feedback use our contact form to let us know!
