Maison Albert Bichot is a storied Burgundy winery whose roots trace back to 1350, with Bernard Bichot formally establishing the family merchant house in Monthélie in 1831. At the end of the 19th century, Albert Bichot transformed the business into the winery it is today, symbolized by its iconic deer-and-antlers crest and carried forward through six generations of family stewardship. Since 1996, Albéric Bichot has led the estate with a mission to craft wines that embody the finest fruit and terroir, cultivating 250 acres in Burgundy’s most renowned vineyards while also partnering closely with growers to ensure quality and continuity. Today, Albert Bichot encompasses six Domaines across five prestigious regions—Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, and Beaujolais—where sustainable practices and dedicated winemaking teams uphold the family’s legacy of excellence.
