Chateau de la Greffiere Mâcon La Roche Vineuse “Vielles Vignes” (2022)

This vineyard is more than 50 years old. The wine matures in barrels which are selected in function or their age. Fermentation between 5 – 10 days in barrels. A stirring of the lees in a barrel is done each months waiting the malolactic fermentation. This wine is on lees until bottling.

Straw‑yellow with a silver glint, this Mâconnais Chardonnay opens with a gentle hazelnut aroma and delivers a rounded, dry palate that’s clean, supple, and quietly refined.
