Château Lascombes, a Second Growth of the 1855 Classification, is one of the largest and most prominent estates in Margaux. Its 120 hectares of gravel, clay, and limestone soils support a blend dominated by Merlot, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, yielding wines of notable structure, depth, and longevity. Distinguished by a style that marries the elegance of Margaux with greater power and concentration, Lascombes has consistently evolved under successive ownerships, combining centuries of heritage with modern precision to remain a benchmark of the appellation.
