Domaines Ott Château de Selle Côtes de Provence Rosé (2025)

Hidden away in a forest of pine trees, the estate enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. It has 93 hectares of vineyards planted on soil composed of gypsum, red clay, gravel and stones.

Bright appearance with a pale pink hue and golden tints. Complex nose with light toasted notes and aromas of white peach and citrus fruit. Vibrant palate with a broad, sappy mouthfeel, underpinned by lovely mineral tension. Elegant, lingering finish with a hint of grapefruit zest.

Château de Selle pairs well with flambéed or glazed monkfish with vegetables, grilled poultry in a sauce, or fruit desserts.

Blend: 57% Grenache, 32% Cinsault, 8% Mourvèdre, 3% Syrah
