Fattoria La Rivolta is a family‑run estate in Campania’s Benevento province, rooted in the rich winemaking traditions of the Taburno area and led today by the Cotroneo family, who transformed their historic farm into an organic-certified winery in the late 1990s. Working exclusively with estate fruit, they champion native varieties like Aglianico, Falanghina, and Coda di Volpe, crafting wines that highlight the limestone soils and high‑altitude vineyards of the Taburno massif. This wine is a ruby red color. It has fruity notes of cherry, black cherry, and violet. On the palate, there are notes of wild berries and spices. This is a wine of great structure with strong tannins. It pairs well with grilled or grilled red meats, stews, entrecote, and very aged cheeses.
