The mouthfeel is rich and luscious with a good balance of crisp acidity. The finish is long, lingering, and enjoyable.Pairs well with lemon and rosemary roasted chicken, spicy dishes, seared halibut, Fettuccine Alfredo, and soft cheeses like brie or camembert.
