Pinot Bianco is Kettmeir’s tribute to one of South Tyrol’s signature white grapes. Hand‑picked fruit and gentle pressing preserve its delicate aromatics, while stainless‑steel aging keeps the wine bright and pure.

In the glass, it shows pale straw color with green highlights and a fresh, floral nose—think wisteria and white blossoms—lifted by crisp green apple. The palate is dry, lively, and clean, finishing with a subtle mineral snap. It’s an elegant, versatile white that shines with light appetizers, freshwater fish, shellfish, and spring dishes like asparagus or vegetable risotto.
