Located in the Northern part of Burgundy, halfway between Paris and Beaune, the village of Chablis has an exceptional reputation for producing white wines from Chardonnay grapes.

The first nose is discreet and elegant with lemon mixed with notes of fresh almond and then opens with slightly toasted nuances. The palate is delicate with citrus notes at the start of the palate which give good energy and tension. The end of the mouth is generous with buttered, brioche aromas.
