The color is brilliant cherry red with violet reflections. The nose is stimulating and full of aromas of red
fruits such as strawberry, blueberry, blackberry and gooseberry. They are accompanied by floral notes of lilac and violets – typical of the Mencía grape variety - completed by notes of caramel. In the mouth is the wine full, fruity and creamy. The acidity is balanced and underlines the freshness. Leaving shows the minerality.
Pair with tapas, ham, pasta dishes, fried and grilled foods
