The Vice Orange of Gewürztraminer Batch 180 'The Brooklynites' (2024)

Batch #180 is The our 5th vintage of Orange wine of Gewürztraminer. The orange hue color of this wine comes from the skin contact and skin maceration during fermentation of our gewürztraminer grapes; the same process that gives red wine its color, tannins also contributes to flavor.

A vivid, expressive bouquet leaps from the glass, overflowing with lychee, rose petals, and juicy white peach. On the palate, it’s silky and seamless, echoing the aromatic intensity with layered flavors of ripe melon, tangy blood orange, and a whisper of exotic cardamom. A pitch-perfect balance of sweetness and acidity keeps it fresh and vibrant through the long, spiced finish.
